At EdClub, Inc., we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your EdClub account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
